Delete Your MangaHub Account

This page lets you request the deletion of your MangaHub account and all data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to use it.

In the app: open MangaHub, go to Settings and choose Delete account. The result is identical to deleting from this page.
By email: write to contact@getmangahub.com from any address, stating the email of the account to delete. If the request does not come from the account's own address, I may need to verify your identity before proceeding. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
Before you delete
Keep a copy of your data if you want one: in the app, Settings offers an Export data option that produces CSV files of your collection, readings and sales. Once the account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active MangaHub Pro subscription, because subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store, not by MangaHub. Cancel it first: on Android at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, on iOS in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. If you need help with a subscription, email contact@getmangahub.com.
What gets deleted
Deleting your MangaHub account removes your account itself and all data associated with it: profile and authentication identity, collection items and collections, reading history and progress, notes and quotes, reading goals, sales history, personal volumes and their cover images, and app preferences.
The service providers that process this data on MangaHub's behalf — Supabase (storage and authentication) and RevenueCat (subscription management) — are instructed to delete it as well.
What we keep
Aggregated, anonymized market and catalog data that is not linked to you in any way is unaffected by account deletion.
Records that must be retained for legitimate reasons such as billing, fraud prevention or legal compliance are kept only as long as required. See the Privacy Policy at getmangahub.com/privacy for the full retention policy.
Timing
Self-service deletion — from this page or from the app — takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Residual copies in routine backups are purged automatically on their regular expiry cycle.
