These terms govern your use of Mangahub, the manga reading tracker for iPhone, and of its website (the service). Mangahub is provided by:

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Mangahub. The licence to use the app itself is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms govern the service.
Mangahub lets you keep a library of the manga, manhwa and manhua you read, track chapters and volumes, see your reading stats, set goals, write notes and quotes, review series and share a public profile. The catalogue comes from AniList, with its permission; we keep it up to date but cannot promise that every detail is correct or complete. Titles, covers and other catalogue content belong to their owners.
You sign in with Apple or Google, and you must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you. If Apple tells the app that you are under 18, you cannot make your profile public or write reviews. Keep your Apple or Google account safe: you are responsible for what is done with your Mangahub account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Mangahub Pro is an optional subscription, monthly or yearly, that unlocks extra features. The price, the period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
We may change what Pro includes. If a change takes away something you pay for, we will tell you before it applies.
You keep the rights to what you write and upload: your reviews, notes, quotes, bio and photo. So that we can run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process that content and, for what you make public, to show it to other readers, for as long as it is on Mangahub. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to share it. Mark a review that reveals the plot as a spoiler.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post anything, or do anything, that:

Names, bios and reviews pass through an automatic word filter that blocks some words and sends others for review. You can report a review or a profile from the app and block anyone. A review reported by 3 trusted readers (accounts at least 7 days old with an earlier report upheld, and never a restricted account) is hidden until we decide. The developer reviews every report, usually within 24 hours.
If something breaks these terms, we may hide or remove the content, clear a name, bio, photo or nickname, limit the visibility of your profile, suspend your account or close it. We tell you by email, at the address of your Apple or Google account, what we decided and why, unless the law prevents it. If you disagree, reply to that email and we will review the decision.
We report to the authorities any information that suggests a threat to someone’s life or safety, as the law requires.
Anyone, with or without an account, can tell us about content they consider illegal by writing to contact@getmangahub.com. Please say why you think it is illegal, where it is (the nickname, and the series and the review), your name and email address (not needed for content that shows the sexual abuse of children), and that you believe your report is accurate and complete. We confirm that we received it and tell you what we decided and what you can do if you disagree.
contact@getmangahub.com is also our point of contact for authorities and for users under the EU Digital Services Act, in English and Spanish.
Signing in, purchases and the age check rely on Apple and Google, and the catalogue on AniList; their own terms apply to what they provide. Links to other sites open outside Mangahub.
We work to keep Mangahub available, but we may change or stop features. You can stop using Mangahub and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we ever close the service, we will tell you at least 30 days before, so that you can export your data.
We provide the service with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or your rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and can go to its courts. Please write to us first: most problems can be solved that way.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
These terms are available in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian. If the versions differ, the English one prevails, unless the law says otherwise.
